Sean's initial call caught my bad attitude due to my phone consistently being blown up from insurance spam calls ALL day, & currently 😤 but he had a way of talking that got through to me to at leaat talk at a better time. I missed my scheduled time-chaotic day, but he fit me in same day & I ended up with a plan that is affordable after explaining options. He kept professionalism & a great attitude through our journey.
