The team Patrick Malcolm has is awesome; Mr.Roy Melendez helped me with getting my policy set up. He was very professional & he was friendly & personable. It didn’t seem like I was talking to someone that just clocks in to pick up a check, he actually cares about helping you and making sure you’re taken care of. I was with State Farm and was paying almost $500 for 2 vehicles with my wife and I as drivers. Roy reached out to me over a month from me writing this, because I had Allstate a long time ago. Talking with Roy, he assured me I would be paying much less than what I was with State Farm. After a month or so I pulled the trigger on switching and I wish I would have done it sooner. I have been with Allstate over 30 years and I could not be happier. Moving to Florida was stressfull enough but Patrick Malcolm made my transition from Thomas Conroy Allstate in New York to his Florida office seamless. No headaches and no hassels. He provided me with the homeowners and auto insurance that best suited my needs. His staff is kind and courteous and always willing to help with a friendly and caring attitude. I know there are less expensive policies with other companies and my premiums would be lower but cheaper is not always better.
