Vance Yoshikawa - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been paying on my home owner's insurance policy with State Farm since 2002. Never needed them until last week (February, 2026). Like a piece of crap neighbor... State Farm was there... to tell me that my policy didn't cover the leak under my sink that completely destroyed my kitchen cabinets and floors. I would have been better off stuffing that money down my garbage disposal every week... because at least then there would have been a chance that the money would have stopped up the leak in my pipes. Well done, State Farm. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know.

I don't usually leave reviews but I had to this time! I loved Sherry. She was super helpful & helped close out a deal that worked for me. She made it less stressful & made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She communicated very effectively and made sure I understood all aspects. Vance Yoshikawa's office was working with my parents for years, then I decided to change agents and join them. I'm so glad I did! The customer service is AMAZING!
