Came here to get a Canadian Passport photo. They were unable to cut the photo to the proper 5x7cm dimension and they also were not able to stamp them with the location and date. They were polite but don’t come here for Canadian passport photos they will be invalid.

The process to get your car towed has become far too complex. Navigating the automated phone system is a nightmare. It took an hour of work to finally get a tow. It is vastly simpler and easier to just call a tow company directly. I was a AAA member since 2012. I cancelled my membership after this recent frustrating experience. They don't want to pay a human to answer the phone, so they're not really providing any service.

I am so highly upset about what happened to me last night. My car locked on me while driving 60 miles an hour. It came to complete stop and my steering wheel even locked. I was in the middle lane of a busy road. My 4 year old son with autism was with me. I called AAA and told them my situation. They told me someone would come immediately to help me and stay out in my car. I waited 30 minutes in my car with my son. No one came, I noticed I had to get out of my car onto the side walk due to the amount of cars driving fast by us. This was at 6pm. At 7pm I called them asking them what happened and needed an update due to my son and I being stranded on the side of the road. They told me they cancelled my help… I told them I still needed it. Their phone system is awful. I needed a passport photo but not one of the 5 options. When I got my passport I paid and they told me they only have hard copy photos? What? We lived in a digital age starting about 2 decades ago. Chronically disappointing and btw the app is useless. Whenever I go to log in it needs my membership # etc- I don’t memorize it and why I had the app so I don’t need to carry my card.
