I spent 2 hours on the phone with the broker Craig doing what I easily could have done myself on the Connect 4 Health Colorado website. However, since I had a question, I had to enlist his service. After the 2 hours of mulling over my name, address and the plan I had already picked out, I was sent a typo email twice with confirmation of the health insurance plan I picked out. I question his sobriety during our call given the mumbling and bumbling and repeating myself multiple times and getting plans, names and addresses mixed up. It felt like watching someone use a mouse and keyboard for their first time with your life in their hands. I am now 9 days into December in what should have been my first month of health insurance and I never received anything from Cigna nor Connect 4 Health Colo

Couldn't imagine a better experience dealing with insurance companies (and the government) than the experiences I've had with Austin Wiggins at the helm. He is expedient and I never feel like a nuisance to him although I KNOW I have been. I've had to change plans 3 times in less than a year and he has been with me through each one. Has found me great plans as well and guided me towards best value each time. Can't recommend him enough

We were not impressed. It started with a very cluttered office (papers were stacked everywhere) We went to inquire about health insurance for our son. (It's open enrollment) We wanted to see if we could find a better option than what he has. As soon as they discovered his income, they just said medicaid. And to call his doctors to see if they'll grandfather him in and accept the Medicaid for him. Did not seem to want to help us find alternatives. Felt like we were being pushed out the door as it was getting close to closing time. If you don't want to give potential clients your time, don't make appointments at 4:30
