I have been with State Farm, Van Le for more than 10 years now and I have no complaints. Each time I ask for a discount, her office manager, Tuyen, is always quick to respond with instructions how I can avail of applicable discounts. Not only that, I have tried reaching out to several companies offering vehicle and home insurance bundle, so far, State Farm's Van Le quotes and price bundles are very competitive and more comprehensive than others. I am glad I stayed with this insurance because no other insurance companies can match what they offer. I am a very happy customer.

My agent, Van Le, is the BEST! She's professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have been with Van for over 20 years. Great customer service. Always has the answers for me and is quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. Love that I can pick up the phone and call Van’s office and get an immediate answer. Van's staffs are super responsive and it's always a pleasure to work whether I have a question or need to update a policy, etc. This is one reason I remain a loyal customer. I highly recommend this agency for any insurance policy you may need.

I have been with State Farm over 40 years and been with many agents as I moved around the Bay Area. I have as many as 9 vehicles in my household and constantly changing them. It was not until I changed to Van Le agency that I had a perfect agent where I would change cars or modify an insurance and it was always perfect. All other agents screwed up, changing the wrong car, forgetting to add a car that I called about or not telling me about potential cost saving things I could do. I would like to add that Tuyen is the person I dealt with mostly and she is very bright and never makes mistakes and knows her way around all the software systems with complete ease.
