Michelle is not simply an order-taker. She is an expert who understands and can explain the intricacies that differentiate one insurance policy from another. In my case, I needed condo insurance...but only had experience with single-family dwelling policies. Michelle patiently walked me through issues including (1) the need for each unit owner to understand the policy carried by the HOA, (2) the role of loss assessment coverage--another HOA issue, and (3) the implications of selecting an admitted carrier vs. .a non-admitted carrier. I wanted a broker who could not only help me choose the right insurance for my needs, but also a broker who would stand by me in the case of a claim. I cannot more highly recommend Michelle.

Michelle is absolutely amazing. Dealing with flood insurance is confusing and frustrating. It was a nightmare talking to other insurance agents and providers. Nobody else could clearly explain the process and the quoted prices were very high. Then I talked to Michelle, and it was a breath of fresh air. Michelle patiently answered all my questions and helped navigate the process smoothly. She provided several quotes at great prices. Michelle also was able to quickly modify the policy when the lender changed the requirements near the close date of our new house.
