I normally don’t give feedback unless I felt it’s important to share with someone who is looking for a good agent at State Farm. I switched from Allstate to State Farm, it has been 8 yrs with them now I think. I am super please with the service and support when I needed something or had any questions with my coverage. I wanted to call out the superb agent, Ms. Liz Leonardson, who my sister referred me to me. Liz always took my requests seriously and answered swiftly. She is diligent, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommended to work with Liz if you are looking for an agent. Kudos to Liz L. and please keep up with the excellent services. Appreciated all you do for me!

This insurance company is the BEST around! I'm guessing that whenever I (or my husband) call the office, our phone numbers and insurance info must come up on the screen in front of the person taking the call. I say this because they ALWAYS know who is calling, and have quick access to my account. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Sometimes they ask if we'd like to make a change or upgrade, and they accept our answer (even if we decline) without trying to convince us otherwise with a hard sell attitude. We highly recommend Angela Frangieh and her staff's services! Keep up the good work!

I had the misfortune of filing an auto claim, but Angela’s team was very attentive and immediately reached out to see how they could assist me. Alexandra followed up with the claims adjuster, which helped speed up the process. Additionally, when I made changes to my home insurance, Keily was quick and efficient. While researching pet insurance, Giselle walked me through the process. This office truly takes good care of its customers, a rarity in this day and age. Shout out to Giselle, Alexandra, and Keily.

No one wants to have to get insurance, but working with Alex to review my policies to ensure proper coverage was a great experience. She’s not at all intimidating and has your best interest in mind.
