Valleys Best Insurance are such lazy, lying, procrastinating individuals. Do not fall for their B.S. Stay far away from these people. Sindy and Mike are both very rude and inconsiderate agents. I was given a quote on September 14, 2017. I e-mailed all of my personal and business information they needed and asked for to start my policy and binding. Made the down payment of $2,500 on September 21, 2017. The funds were taken out the very next day on the 22nd. The following Monday on the 25th Sindy calls to tell me she needs more info to close and bind my policy, even after they already removed my funds from my account. Worst insurance experience ever! after Mike sent me an indication that was $10,000.00 cheaper than anyone else for my trucking company I decided to give them a try, I send over the signed indication which he stated he could get binded before Friday it was TUESDAY, what ended up happening though was they cashed my deposit check on TUESDAY and come Friday I still had no insurance at this point he was no longer accepting my calls, I literally had to stop all operations in my trucking company for a day setting me back thousands of dollars because he never had me covered, Finally I sent my cousin to his office (Since he was ignoring phone calls) and that was the only way I was able to get my deposit back. Mike kept telling me it takes 3 to 5 days to bind insurance that's a lie I called one of t

0 customer service , lied to me for about 3 weeks. Charged my account than told me it will be 3000$ more for a year . Mike is the manager his VM is always full and he is very rude ! I would beg you to check other companies and not to go with this one ! Now after reading all reviews it looks like everyone had the same issue ! They tried to tell you this is how much your quote is than they change it and ask for more money ! Every single review is 0 wow unbelievable !

Do not trust this people, I have truck insurance with them for 2 month, this is the worse experience that I have ever had in my life. Mike (manager) is the worse, he never returns my call, at the time I really need to have a report, his answering machine is not even set, you can’t even leave a message, the only time I could talk to him was the time I used a different phone and guess what he hung on me after 10 second, I have send him a several e-mails, I still have not received an answer, I could not even leave a message to any other phone either. Do not use this company, they are worthless, the time you need them they are not for you, also they are overpriced, worse experience in my life, I am calling them between 10-30 times a day, my advice do not use them.

This place is a total FRAUD! They ripped me out of $2600.00 and left me with a balance of $600 with the finance company. They should be in jail for what they are doing to people. My advice do not have any dealings with them. I hear they have changed their name to'' AL Jacob Cash''
