We've been with this company for 5 years now, as a belivers in loyalty, we kept going back to Royalty for our commercial insurance. Each year, the policy increases, each year their staff becomes more rigid. This year, the worst experiece so far, i have called and was precise that we shouldn't wait unitl last minute to get a quote. Provided all documents requested ahead of time, like every previous year, we get a response with a quote 4 or 5 days befor our policy expires. This year however, i have requested a copy of Loss Run, Victoria, the insurance agent, provided us with copies of the years prior to 2024. I insisted on 2024, she refused. I have emails to prove it. we found oursleves, out of time and no Loss Run to request a quote from a differetn agent. She lied to me over texts that my
