I recently contacted Shana Insurance Service to purchase auto insurance for all my cars. Initially, I was impressed by their attentiveness as they collected all necessary information, including driver licenses, car registrations, and addresses. They assured me they would quickly provide a quote. However, despite their promises, I never received any follow-up communication from them. After 24 hours of waiting, I attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but unfortunately, they never responded. It's disheartening to experience such unprofessionalism and lack of communication. Fortunately, I found another agent who promptly assisted me and secured a great deal with a reputable insurance company.
