This company is terrible. They are completely unresponsive to requests for information regarding life insurance benefits. I have provided documentation to them as the beneficiary of a loved one's life insurance policy and they will not send me the necessary forms to collect on the policy. Their stock response is that it's "been mailed and will take 7-10 days to receive". The first phone call was made 4 weeks ago. I pity anyone relying on this company.
Run do not walk away from this company. Slowest response to inquiries. Still uses a fax and snail mail. No accountability. Limits visibility into charges and assessed fees.
Will not return phone calls for distributions from AACPS retirees.
Not happy! web site figures aren't up to date therefore not accurate
