I shopped around for a reasonable policy to add my new teenage driver. Geico, NJM, Travelers were about $1-2k more than State Farm. We were with Geico for 12 years. Dawn K. was patient with me and explained a lot of insurance-legalese. In fact, she helped me bring down our rates farther by adding homeowners ins., which was $400 cheaper than LM, and had better coverage. Paula was helpful, too. George K. runs a nice shop. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Made a payment on my policy for almost 700$ and was told weeks later they had to write me a new policy. Never wrote a new policy. Was entitled to a refund. Payment was made for the 700$ via debit card. Was NOT refunded my payment via debit card and sent a check to an OLD address they still had on file after making multiple updates on current address. It’s been 4 months since this issue has been resolved. Finally was told the check would go to their office and would give me a call once it arrived. Never got a call, agent went on vacation and the supervisor RE MAILED the check AGAIN to the SAME WRONG ADDRESS. Absolutely the worst experience as a first time customer and driver!!!!!

I have been using George for my insurance needs for the past 16 years. He has always been honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend!
