Valerie has been my agent for at least 4 1/2 of the 6 years I have been in my home. She is professional, courteous, always smiling and she really listens to her customers. She is service minded and personable, she makes the business of insurance so much less of a hassle and she is right in the heart of Desoto; a stones throw from my home. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT. She tried to UNDER INSURE my property at a higher rate than the competing market. Fast forward there was a membership issue with my current insurance and renewal was not set , my mortgage used her for a forced policy using my escrow funds . SEVERE WEATHER ON 5/28 which impacted a majority of north Texas , even causing major insurance companies to not issue insurance policies for residential properties. I tried to file a claim as a TREE had fallen on my property. Valerie twice skirted around providing policy information until I requested her license number to report to TDI . A policy used to protect the property and purchased with my escrow funds she wanted to dictate whether or not I would be allowed to file claim. UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFINITELY VIOLATING
