My cobra insurance was expiring at the end of Jan. So I searched on line for medical insurance agent in Dallas area and I found Rick. Rick is more than helpful. He cleared all the confusions that I had for choosing a right insurance company. He gave me just the right options t I needed. I was able to sign up at the last minute with the insurance company. Then , due to technical glitches, the insurance company did not respond timely on Feb 1st. I turned to Rick for help again, Rick was very responsive and he was able to resolve all the issues. I got confirmation today that my policy is confirmed. Rick is also very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended. Save a lot of time and effort.
