High prices and bad service. I had been with Allstate for 3 years with significant increases each year. When I received the renewal for my 4th year on my home the premium had increased over $500 since I had started with the company. When I called to discuss the increased premium with my claims free record I was given excuses that’s TX pays out more claims that other states. I found another A rated carrier which saved me over $500 on my home and auto. When I emailed Grant a letter requesting non renewal of my policies he had his account manager call me with the same excuses of why they are higher. After offering to see what she could do to save me some money, not sure why this wasn’t done the first time I called. I declined and asked for my policies to be setup for non renewal immediately s

Grant and his staff are wonderful to work with. From helping me figure out what type of coverage my family needed, to providing the quote, to answering my questions (which there were a lot of questions) - they explained it all and helped me feel secure that we are covered. Nothing better than Knowing you are in good hands! You can't go wrong in working with these very nice people.

Couldn't ask for a better price for insurance. Went from spending a ridiculous amount of money with the last insurance provider. Since I've switched I've been more than happy with Allstate and Grant. And the price is more than reasonable. 5 Stars all day. Thank you

The people that work here are wonderful. But the roadside assistance is the WORST I have ever dealt with. 3 hour wait for a tow truck that I was told would be there in 20 minutes on multiple occasions. Nothing worse then to get lied to when there isn’t a need to lie.
