HE has excellent customer service he listens to what I needed and he also give good suggestion if I need more space that it is available and he will help me find it if I need it he’s always having a smile. He is cool , calm , collected and honest. As soon as you walk into the office to rent or for whatever reason ,he will give you a rundown of the processes and metrics. You will know your in the right place . In addition , he keeps the entire facility spotless. Maintenance wise , all lights are functional. Security wise , Security is safe and secure ...watertight . Friendly customer service in place . Any complaints is addressed right away . Simple axiom states : Go to a place your welcome not where you are targeted. Check in with Manny ...Friendly service guaranteed. Highly recommended

Easy to work with. Secure facility. Good customer service—shoutout to Manny. And most affordable storage place in the area. My only suggestion is waiving the $29 setup fee if you pay a few months in advance or do auto pay.

The employees i met were very professional and had so much knowledge . I got a really sweet deal as long as the fees do not get to out of hand . The facility and units seemed clean to me. I hope to be able to keep renting from them.

Todd is awesome. He really helped us when we needed extra storage unexpectedly. I would highly recommend him.
