I was shopping for homeowners insurance and spoke with so many different companies. My situation is nuanced since I own two homes on my property, with one being a rental unit. State Farm had the most helpful representatives and the best plans from a cost and coverage perspective. I'm now saving over $100 per month on my auto insurance! I obviously hope to never have to use my insurance, but I feel I will be in good hands if I do.

He was incredibly validating of my purchase and helped me feel like I was making the right move for continuing to be insured by State Farm. I appreciated that he did not attempt to over-sell me on additional coverages, products, and services when I made it clear that I did not wish to purchase any. Carlos did an incredible job of meeting me where I currently am, and supporting my needs as a consumer. Better yet, I was able to complete everything over the phone and didn't have to come into their office to sign anything or make any purchases.
