Walked in to get quotes on my autos and dwelling since pricing had gone up on my present insurance. Kim sat down with me and got all my information. Had documents ready for review within days. I compared everything I wanted to. Made an appointment for final questions. Made my decision that day but asked to have time to make a courtesy call to my present insurance since we had been with them for 47 years. They understood. I was back that afternoon to finalize all the coverage and payments. They made the insurance process great.
