I worked closely with Tyler Harris and his analysis led me to discover fraud on a property I was attempting to purchase. His detailed work has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars, which is why I'm taking the time to write this review. Even though I was not able to use his rates (which were great), his attention to detail has saved this potential homeowner a giant headache. Kudos to him, phenomenal service.

Price they quote is alway competitive. I saved hundreds dollars a year after I switched my auto and property insurances from my previous insurance company that I had for over 20+ years. Their service is outstanding. Their response is so quick and pleasant! I use their service personally and professionally.

I’ve been with this company for 3 years and recently I was emailed (only) that my insurance would increase over $2500. This is unacceptable customer service when a simple follow up phone call would have been appropriate for this type of increase. Furthermore luckily I check my emails. If not my insurance would have doubled without proper notice. See below You need to have a policy in place by 8/4. Failure to respond to this email will result in the policy going into effect. The rate will be $5288. I hope in the near future better practices are in place to ensure all customers are well informed about increase by email, phone and text messages. Kindly
