My experience with Lance was great! I wanted to have someone near where I live and he was able to meet me at his office which was only 10 minutes from my home. He gave great advice for both my car and home insurance. He also got me a much better rate on my homeowners policy plus, much better coverage! Lance always answers my texts on the same day and normally within one hour of sending the text. I also called him recently and he immediately answered my call 😀 I highly recommend using the Luminary insurance group.

First let me say that my first experience with a broker or insurance group is with Luminary Insurance Group. I worked with Devin on finding me the best rate for my homeowners policy. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Devin was very thorough in his approach. He never tried to upsell me on anything and never gave any pushback. I will definitely recommend this company to others. I felt comfortable speaking with Devin. He made himself available as needed, because I called him back multiple times before making my decision. He was patient and very understanding as to why I wasn’t quick to make a decision. He also quoted me on my auto which I chose not to switch at that time, but I will definitely reach out to him in the future for my insurance needs.
