Can not get anyone with knowledge of how to get to Safe Ride directly. I've spent over 2 hours this morning to try to find someone to help me. All they do is transfer me to another person who asks for all my personal information AGAIN! I m on my 7 th time trying to find someone to help me. This system sucks & I can't get ahold of a supervisor or manager to help me!!!

For some unknown reason, AARP United Healthcare does not provide my EOBs online prior to 2024. I had to call and request them. They refused to email them to me. Instead, I received more than 70 pieces of mail in one day, each containing a single EOB for individual visits in 2021-2023. Should they have emailed them. Yes! Should they have provided the info in a spreadsheet? Yes! Should they not have wasted our money on so many mailings? Yes! So, if you're wondering about the administrative costs associated with your AARP United Healthcare insurance premiums, consider this nonsense. This is nothing short of outrageous. I'm switching out of AARP United Healthcare Medigap because they increase premiums TWICE ANNUALLY! I was informed of what the new premium would be for the first increase in 2

My Dr. Ezeanolue is very good and her health care support group are great. I hate the long line and wait time to be checked in, but everyone treated me well. I just wish the process was faster and wait time shorter. This is also the problem with Quest Diagnosis in the same building, convenient but long waits!

Generally it’s a good health insurance . They use optum care here in Las Vegas which is subpar this year . They do not have enough primary doctors to choose from . Out of 20 online offering “ we accept new patients “ only two do . I saw one this year who informed me that despite offering new patience acceptance only two do . I wasted a month with seeing that on after waiting only to have to wait till May to see another one . In the meantime all the tests I did for a referral to a specialist have to be redone . Totally unacceptable .

Called me 22 times in one day refuses to remove my number out of their phone after repeated request hangs up in my face after I request for it to be taken off and then call me right back from another Robo number from a different state. Do not trust these people they’re stealing your information and selling it.
