Poor poor customer service. I called for a quote and the rep on the line asked for my info. The rep verified the phone number I was calling from would be a good number to call me back if we were disconnected and I said yes. Well lo and behold we were disconnected and I waited 10 min and she DID NOT call me back! Why verify my phone number and say you would call back if disconnected but you don’t??!! So I called back and I got the same rep, when I asked her why she didn’t call me back she stated she was putting in a note. A note?? Dam the note, I called for an insurance quote today. I didn’t called to talk you rep because I was bored!! She completed getting my info and stated she would have to place me on hold while she did a search. I said ok and she left me on hold for 20 min without chec
