Yesterday Lindzi and Dyan were both fabulous help in assisting me, with the help of technical support, to get back into my State Farm app to update my Safe device installation after my old one went out of commission. They were both very professional , kind and patient with me and so helpful! I also encouraged them to pass along to those responsible for updating the computer process for getting back into the State FARM APP when we have forgotten our password. I just purchased State Farm auto and home policies from Lindzi at the Jade Yap agency. Well into my seventh decade of life, I can truly say that this is the best interaction with an insurance agency I have ever had. Service from other companies has ranged from horrible to meh. Lindzi and Julia were able to answer ALL of my questions and address any concerns. These days we give five stars to adequate service. On that scale, these guys deserve 10 stars! It would be impossible to do a better job.

After comparing multiple companies, State Farm was in the ball park with price, but the final decision was due to their customer service.
