United Insurance Co of America

Every year I have a claim to file for Mammogram & Paps and it's so hard to receive reimbursement from the company! I have one of the older policies that states plainly that it's payable

I have been calling trying to get my policy and have been for months that payment have came out of my account I cannot get in touch with anybody to talk to I talk to representative in Stone Mountain that was no help I called him when 800 number several times and spent hour and a half on hold still no response all I want is to stop taking my money if it's this hard to get a policy how hard would it be to to pay a claim at least I found out early

Will I like have that Insurance are a life saving to me I have had them for about 9years I will give them 10

Very unprofessional, rude, never can reach agents. PLEASE don't waste your time!!!!

With all the fake insurancr company, United is legit.
