Great Experience. When I moved to Georgia I had to have a Georgia insurance agent so that I could get a Georgia tag for my truck. I called Ashley at Angela Holloway State Farm. She was very knowledgeable about every service they offered. She made me feel like a neighbor immediately, like I had been a customer for ever. The agency was cheaper than the no name providers and it was backed by the State Farm name. If you need insurance for anything you own you only need to remember one name, State Farm and the Angela Holloway agency.

The customer service at this office is consistent and always pleasant, helpful and informative regardless of who you see. I am a long time customer. I recently had a reason to go into the office in person. I was greeted by Katrina and she instantly knew what I was asking about. She invited me into her office (where she was obviously in the middle of something). She took time to explain the letter, why I received it, what my options were and what each option would cost. She also noted several discounts that I was not taking advantage of like taking a defensive driving course(for which this agent covers the cost for her customers). I appreciate the attention that they give their customers and for having an office in my neighborhood that I can go to when needed.
