James Brown has been my agent for close to 25 years. Through my ups and downs, his agency has been there for me. Recently, I had to reach out to ask questions arising from system changes within State Farm. Jessica responded immediately to my text with a phone call. She was so patient and thoroughly explained the policy document. More importantly, given her knowledge of all my policies, she was able to recommend the best choice for me and why it was the best choice! I can honestly say that while there may be “new” faces at the agency, their knowledge and (most importantly) customer service continues to be 5 Star!

I have worked with the State Farm office of Mr. James Brown for over twenty years and they have provided excellent service to me and my family. I'm a satisfied customer.
