I would give the customer service department a ZERO STAR if I could! All I had requested was the letter stating my coverage was ending on 01/31/2021 because that is what my HR department REQUIRES so I can enroll in my insurance benefits at work. They REFUSE to give me this document.. NOW, I won't have health insurance come Monday Feb 1st, 2021 - perfect timing with a Pandemic going on! United Healthcare - are you trying to put people in an insane amount of Medical debt in case they get sick just because your won't provide a policy ending letter? This company obviously DOES NOT care about their customers AT ALL!

I wanted to put zero stars. the worst healthcare company! I have had multiple issues from the start. So many issues that I am stymied. Look elsewhere if you can. Anyone who writes a positive review for them works there.

Customer service sucks. Had question about discrepancies between what I paid out-of-pocket and what they said I paid. Guy hung up on me after ten minutes of arguing with him.

They are the worst. They do not care about their members. My mom would’ve done better having her cat care on her behalf. No customer service at all. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolutely worst customer service,we had them for couple months through work but all o needed from them was tax form and it took me couple days to email it to me,worst service ever!
