I called to have my insurance quoted and fixed . She asked me a few questions and answered them . She then told me she only had one place that would accept me due to a moving violation . She stated it would be too expensive for me and I asked if she could quote it anyways. She was very rude and unhelpful . I never leave reviews on a company but today made sure to come to review . She was extremely rude told me to drive better and to not call her back. I have company cars and due to having some 2 cars had 3 week late inspection Sticker violations. I have never been treated so poorly during a business transaction

I’m a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Bates Insurance Agency. I had the best customer service experience dealing with Susan McDonald Nionakis of Bates Insurance Agency. Susan reviewed my four insurance policies to make sure I had the correct coverage. The great thing about the Bates Agency is they represent many different Insurance carriers. Susan researched their insurance carriers and came up with the best coverage for the best price, saving me money. It was a pleasure dealing with such a knowledgeable and professional group. Communication was excellent, Susan was always just a phone call or text away. Once again, I highly recommend Bates Insurance agency. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

I have had many insurance companies before. Most, if not all were pretty awful experiences. Bates Insurance Agency has never let me down. They have been nothing but supportive in the past year that personally for me has been complete turmoil and havoc. Christopher Swanson, in particular has been a God send. This man has helped me in more ways than one. He truly goes above and beyond customer service requirements. I have recommended all my friends and family to him and this company. Although some don't go with him, the ones who have are ecstatic. 100% will never switch agencies solely off of the experience I've had these past few years with Chris.
