Was great when it worked. Recently they cancelled all policies and will refuse to honor credits EARNED through their programs. Complete BS and Laura was unhelpful and only redirects conversation to just getting a new policy. OBVIOUSLY I’ll get a new policy somewhere else because your business failed. That credit should be a part of a refund or pay out. Terrible experience talking with “customer service”. Simon from a while back was amazing help but can’t seem to get in contact with him again.

I sold my bike months ago and have been trying to contact the company to cancel my policy, but no one answers the phone any day, any time! Absolutely a ghost company. All you provide is a piece of paper. I’m honestly glad I was never in an accident, because there seems to be no way to reach anyone. If I don’t hear back soon, a lawsuit will be on your doorstep

Ciera was so friendly and professional and efficient. I got caught under the gun needing to find a policy on an ATV very quickly because I had to change homeowners insurance and that policy took affect tomorrow and Sierra text me said she would call me at a certain time today she did exactly what she said she was gonna do. She got everything processed for me. She was very informative. I was very grateful for her professionalism and her assistance in getting this done thanks so much again. This is a scam insurance company, yes the rates are low, but at what cost. I have been with them since January of this year and still to this date when I log in the policy information doesn't show correctly, the active dates aren't correct, i don't feel like I'm covered with this trash insurance. Every issue is 'the backend is fixing it" give me a break, I cant wait to leave your trash company as soon as my policy is up.

I signed up for insurance over the phone and the representative was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Having insurance is no guarantee that something bad won't happen but it helps you through the process of overcoming the situation. I hope that I won't need it but if I do, hopefully the service I received today will be a reflection on having to go through that process.
