The level of ignorance that these ppl provide and level of or lack of customer support is astonishing never have I dealt with a more incompetent level of professionalism in a professional establishment! 6 hours in explaining to me that the man next to me can’t verify his own information because someone else set up a false account and he can’t access his own account because of it and there’s nothing that can be done then they lock his account never ever have I been so frustrated RUN from this company
I tried to get healthcare insurance money they said no :(
