I called over the phone because I needed my health insurance member ID card information. the agent got frustrated with me because I couldn’t hear her well. I asked her to clarify the information just so that I could make sure I had everything written down well and she just hung up the phone on me. Please I highly recommend that you guys get some more professional people working in your staff. Something as important as health insurance and information regarding so should be taken more seriously not everyone is capable of using an automated service or using online service. Some people are disabled mentally or physically and just aren’t capable. If you can’t work a desk job then you shouldn’t be working in any job I hope she really grows up. She needs a reality check.

Staffs were really friendly, determined and helpful. I had an appointment with Ariamna , she explained me with the fullest understanding.

No Morals as human beings. No point of even getting health insurance when I simply asked for help if I can change my baby’s diapers inside the stroller when no one was inside.
