To access the center, schedule an appointment in advance and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. I would like to express my appreciation for the exceptional assistance provided by Ms. Reyes, the customer service representative who assisted me. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. She demonstrated honesty, provided clear explanations, and worked efficiently to resolve my concerns. It was refreshing to experience such seamless and efficient service, as she even took the initiative to transfer my previous application on my behalf.

I hate Health First I don’t know how I get in to this situation with them. If you’re Hispanic go to health first if not you will struggle to get anywhere or for your questions to be answered correctly is like they make up rules for different people. I am going back to my prior insurance company
