Worst insurance broker ever. They took money from me but never paid American transit. When I switched the broker then they found out there was outstanding balance under my name. They are stupidest broker ever.

I have to say I was very skeptical to go to this place from these reviews but I do not understand who they were dealing with. The young man in the office helped me quickly and although i did not purchase anything from this office, he gave me recommendations on what to do. Hard to find these days.

The worst service ever. Omg! I was tired of calling them for the insurance. Every time you call, I was told to call back because the person isn't there. Leave a message to call back, you'll probably get a call back next year but not sure. I have such a bad experience. I wish I could give -10 or lower for their great service.

have been dealing w/ this office for like 3 years now. they mainly do TLC ins (been with them for 3 years) very understanding, good work, thanks adam evn tho u cant get him on the phone (haha)

Definitely not a good experience. Deposits, charges are not clear.
