United Cabarrus Insurance (an SIA Group Partner)

My personal experience with the company has been completely outstanding! I have several different types of policies with United Cabarrus. They have been quick to respond to any question or concern with extraordinary professionalism, knowledge and unmatched customer service. Saundra has given me great advice, direction and has always had time to work through details others would rush you through. I have suggested United Cabarrus to friends and family for the best rates and customer service. If you try them, you won't regret it.

Called and asked for pricing thinking about changing companies, was sent to a voicemail and said they would call back. No call back after a week and a half. Had 4 vehicles, 2 motor cycles, house and some other things, guess they don’t need anymore customers!

I have been doing business with this company for years and have nothing but a raving review for them. Teri is always extremely efficient and helpful and always takes the time to help me. Definitely an A+ service oriented company!

Worst business I have ever walked into in my life. By definition, the representative Sandra that I spoke to, showed the highest level of unproffessionalism I have yet to have witnessed in North Carolina. A simple request for non-owners insurance and she recommends me to go to another company ?? Guess what I did go to another company, Gilmore Insurance & Associates, whom handled my case on the spot.. Whereas Sandra at this location advised it was not possible to get the insurance I requested and pressured insurance for car owner.. When all I needed was to do my license. I dont recommend this company, unless you want the service beneath expectations.

Below average service. High premiums with very little coverage. Reported "hail" damage to my Rep, Terry McClamrock filed a "wind damage" claim. So we all know what happen there. NOTHING. Had to start over and lost money on damage because it was reported wrong.
