Worst insurance ever. Rude costumer service, never available on the phone. I’ve always ended up calling corporate for help. Worst part overpriced. Constantly adding things to our policy without our permission and raising our price because we didn’t want the “extra services”. I never make reviews but these people are taking our money hoping we don’t find out. If I could put a no star review I would.

I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years and have both my home and auto insurance with them. I find they are very expensive in both areas and no customer loyalty benefits are offered. Consumer Reports also recently rated them as one of the lowest rated companies in regards to the amount they charge customers compared to other insurance companies and customer service is not up to par. I have not seen any benefit of being with Allstate based on the rates they charge. They are very difficult to deal with when filing claims to repair damages. I have researched and gathered auto and home quotes from other companies highly rated by Consumer Reports and the quotes were very ideal. I like this All state branch operated and managed by Raghu Mothukuri. He and his team are available to provide decent quote and as well suggests advices.i am customer with them for more than 2 years and really happy to have them as my insurance providers taking care of my needs.

Worst customer service ever! Overcharging us and added things we just asked for quotes for onto our policy without our permission. Last year we received a bill from them and we were told to ignore it because it has been fixed on their end. NOW… we are getting calls from a debt collector that we owe that amount and it has been reported to the credit bureau. Never again. Trust me State Farm is the way to go. We are saving over 1k by switching with them.
