Only rated the 1 star because it wouldn't allow for a "0" star rating. This company harrasses via telephonic solicitation even after being told to remove the number off of the call list. A Federal violation to continue to call for the purpose to solicit or harrass. " Larry of log rock" has been warned and recorded with time stamped calls. Legal will be taking care of this company going forward.

I set up insurance with them, and for the past 2 and a half months I’ve had horrible service experience . I have called, text and emailed over a span of 4 weeks and no response by email call or text to resolve the issue. I call directly to Geico to discuss policy needs, and they ask if I’ve reached out to my agent and so I have to let them know of the absolute absurdity of this agency and their lack of attention to their clients/customers I would never recommend this company to anyone The agent is set up my policy was named Hunter and as soon as he received payment blocked my number or never responded to any phone calls emails or text. The next agent I spoke with was named Taylor and he started to help me resolve some issues and then told me this wasn’t his job to really handle this part o

Logrock's driver compliance portal with DQF is a game changer. Application is great collecting the consent forms needed for hiring, as well as making employment verification a breeze. their portal is very user friendly. Just started using it and it is highly recommended on my end.
