Their portal has been down for days with no fix time available. I can't get a proper authorization for my surgery tomorrow and it will be cancelled. I have been trying for days. Can't access a manager. They say there is nothing they can do without access to the portal. Where is plan b for when you have a tech problem? Where is plan c when your tech department keeps you business down for days? I'm sorry, doesn't cut it. I am adding one star because my surgery did go through. I was cancelled by the Dr but 30 seconds later was told the approval was accepted. It was a roller coaster ride the day before surgery! Due to the system down and still partially down today my approval for home PT is lost somewhere. I will have to go down + upstairs, in and out of my car to get to the appointment. The

run do not walk from this company cannot even get a simple image auth. done already had an appt canceled. will be at follow up with dr with no images run from these people

Well I stopped in there for just a quick minute the lady was nice but I had myself at the wrong place

Dental portion of the coverage is horrible everything else is pretty good!

Cutting benefits, would not recommend
