My experience has always been positive. They do the legwork for you in finding a list of best rates and policies to fit your needs. This saves you valuable time not having to deal with phone calls and emails to various insurance companies, trying to gather estimates yourself. They also act as liason for policy changes, renewals, and payments so you never have to directly deal with the insurance company, though you still have that option if you so desire. Staff at the office are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. I've never needed an appointment or experienced a long wait.

We were new to the area and saw a ad for their company. I went to their office without a appointment and left there 45 minutes later with my house insured for a reasonable rate. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Any time that I have phoned their office my questions were answered immediately. Very easy to do business with and really friendly to boot.

Steve Green goes way beyond the call of duty, I highly recommend them. He looks out for the customers best interest, so very polite, patient, just good people all the way around!!!

I've used Bauknight for my car insurance for a while now and I've added vehicle's, removed vehicle's a few times and never had any issues. I've added a vehicle recently and I didn't need to go to the office I did everything from my phone while sitting at the DMV
