Scott Barnwell - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with them for over 25 years. They messed up my account my license was suspended and now they can't answer any of my questions. This is bad customer service and customer loyalty

Leslie saved me a good amount of cash and was easy to work with. She did not waste any time and there was no pressure to sign up. She was also able to spot some issues with my previous policy and corrected those. Locked an insurance deal in and it took less than an hour to do so! Also, front desk / reception staff are very nice and make you feel welcomed when walking through the door.

Kim at Scott Barnswell sent insurance underwriters old wind mitigation even though we have a new roof in 2024. She said here's "your wind mitigation dated 2006". Yet We had a wind mitigation done in 2023 and when we bought the house in 2017. Handyman roofing hasn't given us our wind mitigation for new roof though I called 3 times.

Recently moved from NC to FL and needed to change our car insurance. We worked with Leslie, and she was friendly, knowledgeable and highly responsive. We highly recommend this State Farm location in Spring Hill and specifically Leslie!
