I worked with a volunteer Medicare advisor who assisted me in determining what Medicare supplement plan would work best for me. She then referred me to Timothy Hill who was very helpful in the enrollment process (which was completed over the phone) and explained everything very clearly and answered all my questions. Tim made it a very simple process! It was "crunch time" for Medicare supplement enrollment, and I knew Tim was extremely busy at that time, but he was gracious throughout. He sent copies of all the paperwork to me in a timely manner. Great communication from him throughout the process and follow-up.
