I feel as if it's low pressure for me, but highly competent where it counts. I made a small claim earlier this year, and the process for making the claim and having it fulfilled was pretty streamlined. I'm considering taking out another policy, life insurance this time, because I've been so comfortable with the experience. I may feel differently depending on how much my premium increases based on the aforementioned small claim once renewal comes due, but for now, I'm quite happy.

He is been okay, I was doing the insurance thing myself online and wanted a local agent. No better or worse. They are quick to sign you up and crickets after that. Not like my old insurance guy that would call you once or twice a year to see if there's anyway to save you some money.
