I have had many experiences with Lori Vorwald, over the past 25 years at the Jim Trevis Agency, and every one of them has been fantastic. Lori knows her stuff and has been the greatest asset to all of our insurance needs with her prompt responses to my questions. I have been with Jim and Lori for years. They are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I reach out and on many occasions have gone above and beyond to help me find the best value for me and my family. They're always so friendly and informative with any and all of my concerns. Lori has even been known to visit with my kids and offer a treat when I've brought them in with me. She even has allowed this old chunk a coal some candy as well even though I know I'm too old.
