Farmers Insurance - Kevin McDonald

My family has been working with agent Kevin McDonald for as long as I can remember and have had nothing but a great experience with him and his team. After my accident they had everything taking care of that week, the we're on top of it and got things done. Any time there is an issue they are on it and get it fixed in reasonable time. I 100% recommend Kevin and his team they are great.

I've been with Kevin McDonald at Farmers Insurance for Many, many years. I can't say enough good things about him and his agency. Always friendly and ready to help with any question. They make me feel like I'm part of a family. Great agency and staff.

Kevin had been my agent for auto and renters ever since I moved back to MN from OR where I moved to upon retirement. Prior to the move I was also with the agency when his dad, George was the agent. Kevin took over the agency when George passed on, and continued the professionalism, integrity and friendliness I expected in my dealings. This includes the staff he has working for him also. Unfortunately, since the virus has curtailed my driving, I had to check around to find a lower premium that recognized my extremely limited driving. But Farmer's is a good insurance company, and Kevins agency is an outstanding one.

Kevin has been my agent for more years than I can count. He has always been there when my family needed him. We lost everything in a tornado in 2008. The day after the tornado, Kevin showed up at our house to assure us that he was there to take care of us in those stressful times. He also brought stuffed animals for our kids. None of our neighbors had this same experience. I know that I could probably save some money on our insurance somewhere else, but we consider Farmers and especially Kevin and his staff to be family.

Best experience EVER! The K. McDonald agency always provides outstanding customer service- they are very knowledgeable, extremely responsive and a true pleasure to work with! They have provided the highest level of service in meeting my needs for over 30 yrs!
