Trisha at State Farm was absolutely amazing. From the moment I spoke with her, she was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to actually listen to my situation, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing her job. Customer service like hers is rare these days, and it made a huge difference for me. If you’re working with State Farm, ask for Trisha. You really won’t regret it.

Sandy has been my point of contact since I started with State Farm years ago. She has and continues to be an amazing person, resource and now someone I could even consider a friend. Sandy was absolutely wonderful. 5 stars all the way!! I had purchased a car on Thursday afternoon, had the car delivered to me on Friday morning and contacted Sandy with all the info needed for adding to a current policy. I received a quote and insurance card via email and was off and running in 10 minutes. Sandy was very helpful and professional and would highly recommend.
