Tim Farless - State Farm Insurance Agent

If I were able to say no stars that is exactly what I would do! One of the worst agencies I have ever worked with! The owner Tim was rude and quite disrespectful. I see a few good reviews but I really do not know why! And I am easy to please and work with. I would never do business with this company not ever! Please do not waste your time at all go anywhere but here! Try Liberty Mutual much better service and people who know what they are doing! I definitely have had much much better service and transition. If you must use State Farm go somewhere else in my personal opinion!

I have worked with Tim Farless for more than 30 years now I think. He and his team have always provided excellent service. He is prompt with responding to any questions and has regularly done reviews of my coverage to make sure I am adequately covered while looking for opportunities to save me money as well. Highly recommend Tim and his team!

Kim Barnes and staff were phenomenal… We left progressive after 10 years and it was the best choice we ever made to come to Tom Farless State Farm- The rates are better. It’s more personal and they really assisted in doing legwork to facilitate the changes we needed. Thank you all very much and I highly recommend this agency!

I was shopping for an insurance policy for my vehicle since Geico increased my premium and I did not have any issues with my driving records (i.e. no tickets, accidents,...etc.). And what even makes it more sad about the overall Geico insurance is that I recently received a notification congratulating me about my 3 year record... what a BS message. As I'm shopping, I receive a call from Kimberly B in Tim Farless's office to quote me with Auto insurance policy. Not only that Kim was an extremely helpful and provided a much better coverage options with State Farm, she reduced my premiums by more than $200 on a 6 months policy. Additionally, I asked Kim about any bundling opportunities if I can have my Condo also covered. Guess what, Yesssss... I also end up will a lower cost on my condo
