STAY AWAY!!! This insurance agency is quick to take your money and boom, you're own your own. The customer service skills were great until you actually need the agent, and it becomes evident they do not care. I called multiple times and could not get anyone to answer, I even called from the parking lot before walking into the office with 4 people inside (none of which were on the phone). They tell you one thing and do not follow through with what they tell you. There is an agent named Susie who lacks customer service skills and is argumentative when questioned about things said. I recommend you record every interaction and get EVERYTHING in writing, because when it comes time for a claim to be made, they play stupid and act as if they have amnesia. This insurance agency's customer service has really gone downhill. I used to get quick responses and my issues used to be resolved quickly. Not so much anymore. Since April 5th I've been trying to get the beneficiaries on my insurance policies updated - still no resolution. I keep following up, but I get no response or I'll get an answer like "Erie's system is down and I'll get back to you when it is working again." Then, of course, no response until I follow up the next week (and then it's a 1 out of 4 chance that I'll get a response). I'll be moving all my policies elsewhere when renewals come up.

Just a really well run agency! Suzie did a spectacular job changing over my Auto and then eventually my Homeowners insurance. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process!

Jessica was a most polite and helpful receptionist. Brad, the owner was most helpful and professional in helping me sort out insurance issues with a “Big Box” insurance company. Brad was able to “decipher” my insurance forms and put me straight on my present and future policy options. I put my trust in Brad’s advice and highly recommend talking to them for your insurance needs.

I have been with Bowen for 16 years and have never had a bad experience. Every single time I've called, I've spoken with extremely pleasant, helpful people. We recently bought two cars through Carvana which required a good deal of back and forth to be able to show proof of insurance in a short amount of time. The lady that helped me was so kind and understanding and got everything taken care of on time. We have really been very happy with Bowen Insurance.
