Exceptional! Trip and his staff are superb and not like a typical agent. I've moved states often and have had maybe 5 different insurance companies in the past 10 years. I've been with Trip for 5 years and, with two teen drivers and a new roof, I have had to communicate with Trip and his staff often. They are superb on all levels and FAR, FAR exceed other agents. I highly recommend selecting Trip.

Trip and his team have been very helpful every time I have needed them and were able to provide me great rates and options when I recently bought my home. Recently, I was on a road trip when I got a flat tire outside of a small town. Trip had given me his business card and told me to put it in my car and call him first if something ever happened - so this is what I did. Within 10 minutes he had called a tow truck for me and gave me some recommendations for getting my problem taken care of. He also offered to cover the cost of the tow for me! I have never had customer service like this, especially with insurance. Trip is great!

Trip has been my agent for close to 20 years. Trip and everyone in his office are excellent. Insurance is probably my least favorite thing to pay for, and when there is a problem you want to make sure what you have been paying for comes through for you. This is ALWAYS the case with Trip and his team. Outstanding service and always doing the right thing for their customers. Easy claims processing, and always more than fair with what is covered.
