I have been trying to find answers to my questions for about 1 year, talking to several service people. Today, I was greeted with courtesy, by a very knowledgeable service agent named Joyce Barnard. Not only did she answer all my questions, she went over and above reaching out to company for exact details. Thank you Joyce, you are one in a million! Your service was not only excellent but very appreciated.

I am appalled by who they have become over the years - being their customer for over a decade. They used to be friendly and helpful but for my last three interactions with them I have had to follow things up after days. Don't like them anymore neither would I recommend them in 2026.

Giving 5 stars for the excellent customer service I received from Sam. I've never had to file a claim thankfully, but the rates are really good compared to other companies. Had this company a few years. No complaints.

I was quoted a rate that was doubled after talking to an agent. They are using outdated metrics to quote. Just taking advantage of customers. Do your research first, you can find a cheaper rate with same coverage as they are over charging for.
