I decided to shop at the end of my Progressive renewal and I am sure glad Kerri reached out. She was patient and diligent given my odd schedule and worked with me to get the coverages we wanted at a competitive rate. Very satisfied with our new policy and how transparent and easy everything was. I spent an afternoon on the phone with Progressive trying to get similar service and I was just sent to a different person reading the same script. It was great to talk to a human and Im glad we made the switch.

You would think your State Farm agent would assist you when facing a disaster with your home and help guide you but that’s not the case with the Strickland Agency. They gladly take your monthly payment then when it’s time to get assistance they disappear. I can’t tell you how many times we contacted Tye Strickland via email, voicemail, and leaving actual message with reception only to get no response. We have been dealing with our insurance claim for 10 months. Worst group and experience!
